OUR PROGRAM
PHATCAMP FITNESS™ BOOTCAMPS are fun and motivating fitness workout program. It is designed to be more intense as the weeks progress. You'll feel the difference. Our programs are designed for women and men of all fitness levels.
Our instructors will provide effective fitness training focusing on Core, Lower and Upper body, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Aerobic combos, Agility training, Circuit training, Interval exercises, Running, Walking, Skipping and so much more!
PHATCAMP FITNESS™ STARTS HERE
* Before and after Fit test
* Before and after body measurements
* Before and after photos (ABSOLUTELY YOUR CHOICE)
* 4 weeks of a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
* Nutritional info provided after each class as well as recipes and weight loss tips
* Each week is progressively more intense as your body becomes stronger

Fridays: NO CLASSES
Saturdays: 10:00 am

Challenge yourself with this motivating, supportive and fun workout.
Maximum number of participants is 20 per program. Every 4 weeks we run a recognition and accountability program. Prizes are offered.
