PHATCAMP FITNESS™ (Perseverance, Hard Work & Tenacity)
PHATCAMP FITNESS™ is a fun and motivating fitness bootcamp program. It is designed to be more intense as the weeks progress. You'll feel the difference. Our programs are designed for women and men of all fitness levels. Our instructors will provide effective fitness training focusing on lower & upper body, yoga, pilates, aerobic combos, agility training, circuit training, interval exercises, running, walking, skipping and so much more.

BODY BLITZ
Motivating aerobic combos, a wide array of kickboxing and boxing disciplines. A complete body workout that includes strengthening and ab work. Maximum Results!
SUPER SCULPT & STRETCH
An amazing muscle workout with light weights, tubing, elastics and resistance balls. Finishing off with some Yoga and a stretch.
LO IMPACT & SCULTP
For those who want a lighter cardio workout with small weights and tubing/elastics used for sculpting. You will definitely feel your body working in this class!
PRICES
2 x week = 8 sessions for $120.00
3 x week = 12 sessions for $150.00
4 x week = 12 sessions for $165.00
BOOTCAMP CLASSES
Mondays: 7:00am
Tuesdays: 6:00am and 5:00pm
Wednesdays: 6:00am
Thursdays: 6:00am and 5:00pm
Fridays: 6:00am
